        This store has nearly everything for hard flooring and bathroom tiling. I went here looking for a specialty item and found that my particular request would have to be a custom made piece which they dont do. However because of my confidence in their service, I decided to go a different route since what I wanted was not available.

        Tim the tile department manager in Phoenix does not make things right. We purchased an outdoor large porcelain paver and the display showed a straight edge nothing in the description showed the slight scalloped edge. My crew took all the tile out of the boxes to lay it and Tim refused to refund or exchange the tile and make things right. Extremely disappointed and we were about to do tons of projects for our rentals. Huge business loss for Floor and Decor. No empathy. No making things right with the customer for tile that was not advertised or displayed properly.

        Phelix was super knowledgeable and very helpful. He made our experience a great one. We went to a different floor and tile yesterday and the service was not great. They were not interested in helping us find what we were looking for. Phelix went above and beyond so thank you.
