I am that one customer that had Murphy's Law apply to my floor installation, it is what it is, what I want to applaud is the company and its owner for the final resolution. The scheduling for an estimate was easy, they were punctual and in communication as to who was going to show up to my house. Our estimator was great, he explained our options, the process, gave us all the different tiles to lay out so we could select a color, hyped us up for our new floors. On installation day we were told that our floors were in poor condition -we knew this, we explained this during out quoting- therefore we would need a coating to protect our concrete and be able to lay down the new floor. This increased our timeline by 24 hours and our original quote by $750. Reveal day! Sadly our floors were not the standard we had been promised and shown. I called to explain, sent pictures, was given an additional quote (we will come back to this) and scheduled for someone to come out to inspect and potentially fix the problem. When the team came out to fix the problem areas, we had a discussion surrounding the events that lead us to that point, it was then realized that I was indeed a Murphy's Law customer because of human errors. There were no excuses made, just an apology and a promise to fix things. So, what did the company promise and so far delivered? They repaired my floors, to the standards that they promised they would deliver. They promised to provide further training to their team to ensure that these mistakes will be prevented in the future. The owner covered the additional quote that had been given to me during my complaint phone call. We got to walk on our new floors yesterday and they are *chef's kiss* EXCELLENT EXCCELLENT company if you are considering redoing your garage floors

We are impressed with Quick Response! Our new garage floor is beautiful. The work was done so cleanly and quickly. Everyone from estimator, office staff and installers were perfectly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall excellent experience and will recommend. Worth mentioning that we compared their work against Galaxy Coating who did our back patio couple of months before with same material and we were very disappointed with them yet payed a lot more for a smaller area.
