Morgan Stanley recently purchased E*Trade who was my primary financial institution. I was very happy with E*Trade and guarded towards Morgan Stanley. My primary contact at Morgan Stanley is Zak Gardezy. Zak and his team have done an amazing job managing both mine and my wife's accounts. They are very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. The amazing thing about Zak is he not only is helpful financially but also with the latest technology and its impact on the financial sector. Zak stays in touch and keeps me in the loop with current offerings from Morgan Stanley. I give Zak and and the Morgan Stanley team the highest recommendation!

NEVER USE MORGAN STANLEY! This company is ridiculous, my grandmother passed away over 3 months ago. She has/had a substantial stock portfolio with Morgan Stanley. We have been trying to dissolve this account,  as it was part of our trust for three months. Everyday we have to call and we're told that we need to sign a different form. They are made us jump through so many hoops! We are trying to grieve and they do not care! This company is stealing our money. And lying to us about what we need to do to clear this up. Never, if you have a choice use this company!!! They will screw over your loved ones at their time of need. They claim it's corporate policies, you can never speak to anyone. When you leave messages they call you back after the market closes, so they do not have to give you your money. You have a lot of choices when investing money, do not choose Morgan Stanley!!  I will be (if they let me) closing any accounts with Morgan Stanley and if you are smart you will too! Who knows maybe in a few years they will give you your money back, but wait you have to sign one more form!
