Came here and ordered 4 sandwiches. They only gave us 3. Atleast my wife and kids can eat tonight. These MFrs owe me dinner. This chain is lazy and fraudulent. Go somewhere else, this place needs to be out of business. Scumbags.

Waiting 5 minutes with no one in line to be acknowledged. Finally get to the window they tell me to pull around the the front. Waited 10 minutes for old chicken strips. I would love if they took pride in their work and quality produced. So sad!

I ordered a 4 piece meal with 3 thighs and one leg.. When I got home and opened my box there was only 3 pieces of Chicken. 1 thigh 1 leg and one wing. I paid for a 4 piece meal and got 3 pieces of chicken. Also the soda fountain did not work so I couldn't get The sugar-free drink and had to Settle for a warm unsweetened ice tea which I don't like. I cannot drink soda and sweetened drinks so that was a waste as far as the drink for me. It came with the meal.. The guy who waited on me didn't seem to know how to answer any questions I asked. The only good part is the guy who worked behind the counter Who gave me my food Tried to really accommodate me. He did give me some ice For my tea but it was all melted by the time I got home. Overall experience not good.. Especially since I got cheated out of my chicken.. Tried to call the restaurant and no one answered the phone.. I really would like my money back especially Since I was short changed on my chicken.. Will not be back.
