Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I was rushed to complete my order in the drive through, seemed very impatient with me. We were the only car in line, they forgot some of our order and didn't provide me with a receipt, I had to wait and ask. Not good business practice to have only 2 people working during dinner hours. I'll never go back there again.

More than 3 times they have delivered the order incorrectly, in addition to the fact that the customer service is terrible.

The shift lead Maria is the most nasty, distasteful person I ever met and has no business working in an environment where she should providing service. I am looking for a call back from the GM to discuss this matter.

The food was fresh. The manager on the other hand was not! When I asked to see the size of the large drink, she let out a loud exhausting sigh because she had to walk over to the drive thru area, grabbed the cup, looked at me shaking her head and shrugged her shoulders. Heaven for bid she had to extend any form of kindness or favorable customer service. She was very rude hardly understood English and game me ATTITUDE because I didn't speak Spanish. After she took my order she walked off. I had to get my own receipt from where it printed out at. She got my drink, I said thank you, and she just turned her back on me. I just sat down. Then a hispanic female came in. She greeted her, repeated her order back to her in spanish, said "gracias" then handed her her drink. She was very kind and courteous to her. If you want to feel discriminated against for speaking English, then come here. ZERO-custoner service skills!!!! At least my food was hot and fresh. The 2 females working the day I went there were not friendly at all. I will go out of my way to not ever go to this Popeyes ever again.
