        The workers are nice they help us just that the store was empty it was just me and my mom and the workers we wanted a pair of shoes there were dirty and was the last pair and there was not a lot of wallets for women and there was a shelf, that was in clearance and it was expensive we asked the lady how much was a bag it was 199$

        I recently had a frustrating experience with a post-Christmas exchange. I purchased a bag during a pre-Christmas sale December 21, 2023, but when I went to exchange it on January 7, 2024, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $50. This price discrepancy, especially given the original sale, was both surprising and disappointing. I contacted several other local Michael Kors Stores, inquiring about their exchange policies, and discovered that they would have allowed me to exchange the bag at the original sale price, without any additional charges. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!
