From what Ive experienced the providers are great the front office and billing people those brods suck! I work in customer care and if I had their attitudes Id need a new job! They lie on people on the phones and because of this Im assuming the manager dismisses patients! She needs to be dismissed with her RUDE self! And yes I hung up on you!

I'm not usually petty enough to leave a negative review from both of my accounts, though in this case well deserved. If you want to know what kind of practice you're getting into going here, just go look at the owners responses to legitimate concerns. Hope the owners own medical health takes a sudden unexpected turn. Truly the worst humanity has to offer.

I called this practice home for the last 10 years. Recently they got bought out and lost all of the providers that once made the place an awesome resource for all your health needs. Now its transactional, good luck seeing a doctor, let alone an NP even when youre on 6 different meds. Then when you do get one its a mad dash to make a determination. Then when they are too busy to hear about all your problems because they stack the schedule every 30 minutes, they schedule a new appointment for you a month later so you can get the issues resolved that you initially came in for. They dont remember you or seem to care about you at all. Thanks for nothing Jennifer. You will get better treatment using a telehealth service. Do yourself a favor and find a different provider because nextcare ruined healthy outlook family medicine.

Horrible services! Jennifer Reale didnt offer diagnosis nor did she say what I can do or take to reduce the inflammation. I asked her to order blood work, she asked me what bloodwork? I couldnt believe that I had to call my previous dr office to ask for help so she can order it. Once she saw the list of tests; which included a test for inflammation; she refused to order it. I have never been in a situation where a medical provider refused a service due to lack of knowledge and where a patient had to find out what tests are needed. Bedside manner of this provider were non existent. Filing a detailed complaint to AZ Medical Board. Dont waste your time with her or this office.
