The provider is always 30+ minutes behind. Its like this every time I come here. Thats also with an appointment. I wait in the waiting room for about an hour before getting called in. Then there is another wait to be seen.

I arrived 45 mins early and front office never informed me that service provider is running late in-spite of me asking. And overall I was delayed by 45 mins past my appointment time after that as the Dr was still running behind . I stayed for 90 mins and walked out. Front office Gentlemen was on his phone often without caring on the delays.and informing me proactively. The same office once when I got delayed by 6 mins , they didnt allow me to see the Dr and today Im delayed by 45 mins on top of my arriving 45 mins early arrival .. Front office staff needs to improve on the customer service rather sitting and watching the computer , phone.

I hope this message grabs your immediate attention, as it addresses a critical matter concerning my mother's healthcare at your facility. It is with immense frustration and concern that I am writing to bring to light the glaring issues we have encountered during our time with NOAH. For over a year, my mother has endured unrelenting pain and blood in her urine, and despite numerous tests, no diagnosis was made. After persistent complaints, I had to intervene from another state to get her the attention she needed. The situation escalated, leading to an emergency hospital visit, where masses were discovered in her bladder, liver, and lungs, eventually diagnosed as bladder cancer. Our ordeal began when we were referred to an outsourced referral department, making it nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone directly. Instead, we were left to leave messages and wait for responses that never came in a timely manner. It took an exasperating 8 business days to get the referrals processed for the much-needed appointments with the Gastroenterologist and Pulmonologist, despite marking them as urgent. In that same period, we witnessed an entire cancer evaluation and removal process completed for a referral we received at the hospital. The irony is heartbreaking - a NOAH patient could have tragically lost their life while waiting for a simple referral. My mother underwent a cystoscopy, cancer diagnosis, and mass removal, with another procedure scheduled for tomorrow, all while we continue to wait for the NOAH referrals to be completed. This lack of urgency, delayed response times, and an outsourced referral department that seems detached from the gravity of the situation are utterly unacceptable. It raises serious concerns about patient care and the true priorities of NOAH. I implore you to take immediate action to expedite my mother's referrals with the Gastroenterologist and Pulmonologist. Every moment wasted puts her health at further risk. It is crucial that NOAH prioritizes the lives of its patients over any bureaucratic obstacles. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution to these issues. This situation should serve as a wakeup call for NOAH to reassess its patient care procedures and ensure that no other family has to endure such avoidable hardships. Time is of the essence, and I await your immediate response.

I recently moved to Phoenix and needed to get medication management and counseling. When I first called NOAH everything was fantastic ( I thought ) they got me in quick and got me to a counselor and a psychiatrist. I had a few appointments with Ms.Shelby who is my psychiatrist. Everything was great until my last few appointments she was EXTREMELY rude and not understanding my point of view on my medications and my anxiety being worse and my depression being a little more to handle. She suggested we changed my medication and I told her that I have tried to up one medication and it did not turn out well. Then she automatically turned into a complete different person stating Im only giving you the option to change or up the medication or I will not prescribe anything to you. MIND you I am 7 months pregnant. I need these medications to keep myself okay. I told her I did not appreciate her being rude towards me and we then hung up. With that being said the clinic said I would have no other choice BUT to schedule with her and have my medication bridged until I can see her again. I have gone a week with out my medication and not being heard. I would not recommend Shelby. The Noah clinic itself is great and they have tried their best to get me help in this situation. But no outcome has came. I am very disappointed that I let my mental health in the hands of someone who did not hear me out especially during my pregnancy. This is why mothers and postpartum mothers are killing themselves at a high rate because of mental health care providers LIKE this. We dont feel heard and understood.
