a week after we checked in we get a call from the front desk saying we had to vacate. but we booked a month and paid for half of it already. she said she smelled something in the room, but waited a week to say something. there is a large construction truck parked out side almost blocking us in and the guys from it smoke in the hall. i have been to the front desk more than once and nothing said.... i see from other posts premature wrongfull evictions is the managers style...

I checked into the room and left my belongings. I work at night and when i returned to the room the next morning the room was completely emptied and cleaned. The morning manager acted completely ignorant and refused to give an explanation as to how that could have happened. My room was also prepaid but they wouldnt accept my business debit card for incindentals, as if they are so upscale but they have drug users and homeless people living in their cars in the parking lot.

We had a handicap room first ,it was a dump, the bathroom floors were in need of repairs ,the shower head was just hanging there own the wall no soaps, the tv didn't work right , no microwave, this room was terrible! Ask front desk for a room with amendies of some kind and got a room with two beds a couch and chair . Again the bathroom floors were in bad shape! Wood never stay at these places again ! Thumbs down !

Bad on me... I usually read many reviews before booking but was looking for something close to a venue and quickly booked. Our stay was not bad; however, rooms are very run down. Bed was INCREDIBLY squeaky and hard (every move, incredible sound, feel sorry for anyone around us). Shower had clear visable mildew signs and stains on counters as well. Appreciated the hardwood flooring, which is ideal for traveling with a pet (which we were not). Bathroom window was cracked (obviously and badly). For a company called "extended stay" it was humerous to find a 1 ounce shampoo for a 3 night booking for 2 people. Check in was fine. Although no one ahead of us, we were not greeted (no one at reception desk) for several minutes. Guest also had to provide identification, which seemed odd as everything was on my card and in my name. Overall, the room was fine, the price was ok, but this is definitely a dated location and we probably won't stay here again.
