Beautiful venue! Big and well laid out for all different types of events. The entrance is lovely as well.

We used the Chateau Luxe for our company event and were immediately impressed with the customer service and elegance this venue portrays. There are 2 ballrooms with attached patios and an up and coming speakeasy! Debbie is beyond fantastic, kind, and knowledgeable! We did our initial event tour with her where it was her birthday and the owner made a point to let us know on our tour as she said goodbye for the day. If that doesn't give you the family work morale they have, then I am not sure what does! We ultimately chose here for our event, and throughout the whole process there seriously was never a doubt in my mind on how this would go on. Through the 4-6 months of planning I got to know a few members and as they "passed the baton" of communication nothing missed a beat, and everything came to life how it was meant to. Hannah put the final stamp on things as we neared time for our event. She was super kind, professional, and patient with me as I had several questions because this was my first time planning this sort of event. Set up was phenomenal, Hannah was onsite answering last minute questions and Tyler and his crew helped build the stage, bring additional tables when needed, and help us with lighting, you name it! Denise was our catering/banquet manager she and her crew were very friendly and prompt. As things were needed or timelines adjusted, they rolled with it without any hesitation, and I cannot thank them enough. The head chef - wow! I am still hearing about how amazing the food was. We had a Derby themed event, so ultimately, we needed a derby menu. Fried chicken, brisket, hush puppies (my personal fave) AND a hand crafted vegan buffet. The vegan meatballs were a HIT! Lastly, our clean up was extensive and they had to get it ready for the next event. Everyone involved was kind and very good at their job. I keep getting praises from attendees and executives for how amazing the food tasted, how clean and glamorous the venue was. If you were thinking of booking here, please just do it! :)
