What peace of mind the MSE team has giving my husband and I on the purchase of a condo. Although the build date is 1986, we were told that asbestos-laden flocking was still available to be used and could be present in the drywall and popcorn ceiling. Additionally, I have a mold allergy and I am paranoid about exposure. As part of our pre-purchase inspection MSE came out and sampled the popcorn ceiling, took air samples - professional, thorough, and fast lab results all came back negative for asbestos and mold. Had I not sprung for the cost, I would have worried continually about what was in the air. Well worth the reasonable price, every member of the team was terrific as well as flexible when we needed to change the schedule, and I can't thank them enough.
