Was going in for a cleaning and x-ray appointment got there the day of and they said they cant clean the teeth today because they need to get it approved by the insurance. Didnt call me so I went all the way there and then they proceeded to do the x-rays. I said well is the x-rays approved for insurance coverage? She didnt know. I said well I dont want them if its not covered because Im not paying out-of-pocket she proceeded to still take them. I said it three or four times and she was getting irritated with me. So we had to reschedule the cleaning appointment. My appointment today is in an hour which I had to takeoff work for switch things around and they just called me and said they needed to cancel it because they still havent gotten approved by the insurance company. Which makes no sense because I called them and they said I get two cleanings a year. I cannot believe this location. didnt have any problem with the location over in Chandler. I will not be going back to them. Very inconsiderate of my time.

The doctor himself was amazing. Made sure I was taken care of last minute same day; however the front desk staff is questionable. I called the following day to verify after care instructions and they kept just placed me on hold. I sat on the phone for an hour waiting for someone to come to the phone to ask 2 questions.

Very professional fast caring I came in for a tooth extraction . The process was fast swift with no pain at all ..I recommend no other place other than westwind dental for your tooth care .
