Why bother....they are too important to talk to you. They didn't even talk to me and without knowing the crux of the case, they dismissed me out of hand. I'm not sure what is worse employers who abuse their employees (Amazon) or lawyers who say they are there to help, but don't even take the time to talk to you about your situation. It seems like everything is broken in America and nothing works, just like this legal firm. So after a year of writing this review, this business decides to respond. This should show all google viewers how bad this company is and how they will not represent you like you think. Really, after a year, you decide to respond, what a joke. The lawyers in Arizona are corrupt beyond imagination. They dont represent the people, they just put you through a technology mill (no personalization), so lawyers can cherry pick their cases for easy ones for them to settle or win.. Amazon is a behemoth company and it appears that no attorney wants to challenge them on how they injure workers or the blatant discrimination that is going on in its workplace. Theres a joke that goes what is 1000 lawyers at the bottom of the ocean and the punchline it is a good start. I dont see lawyers as any different from the corporations that they are in bed with. So what if Amazon intentionally injured me and shows a blatant discrimination in the workplace - its pathetic, but getting a lawyer to go after a big fish like Amazon its like crying in the rain; no good will come from it. You are proof by your a year later response to my problem/complaint.. Shame on you and all the lawyers out there, youre just greedy parasites that are a big part of the problem. You cant help me, you cant even help yourself.

If it were possible, I would rate the firm as zero. I am really shocked and disgusted by this legal firm's conduct. I felt duped out of the consultation expense. I had an intake interview and they indicated interest in continuing forward with the consultation. Shifa took up my case knowing every detail. Only to tell me that I had no leg to stand on. She dismissed my experience and failed to fully address my concerns duringthe consultation (Strategizing Session) there wasno extra recommendations or feedbackthat I wasn't alreadyaware of. She tookmy money, which was close to $500, and told me there was nothing theycould do and it was up to me to decide what to do. However, if I want to negotiatethe severance, it will cost an extra $2500. This issomething I can also write myself and send to HR to discuss. If this is an example of their "strategizing," thenit is inefficientlegal advice because I already knew this and could have done it without their help. If she knew there were no "issues" (illegal conduct) committed by the company, why did she proceed with the consultation and waste mytime and money? I will not continue to waste my valuable time and resources with a company that plainly does not care. Update: I spoke with Dan, the owner, and he reached out to help rectify the situation so far. I appreciate what he has done and am hopeful for a positive outcome.
