Why would I ever entertain the idea of someone who can barely speak English attempt to find me a job when they arent even living in the USA. Sounds like a totally scam and I cant get down with companies that offshore their employees to cut costs. This company doesnt even hire Americans.they offshore cheap labor and under pay employees.

I had a stellar experience with Dexian! My recruiter Kenzie is top notch!! They have great clients and it seems to me like they have excellent relationships with the clients. The process to place me was so easy and they were very responsive.

Unprofessional, They will have you go through the process of being hired, give you an offer letter, and then continously push back your start date with excuse after excuse, no real communication as to what's going on and then will start you in THEIR system as if you've actually started working and then send you emails to submit timecards even though you haven't been given an official start date. Never again.

My experience with this agency was very disappointing. They seemed more concerned about the contract with the client than with their employees. I get it, it's just business. I'm late posting this but I would not refer a friend or family member that is seeking employment. Nor would I refer a company looking for an agency. The company I was doing my contract with had a member in my department that caught Covid. Because my name came up in conversation regarding she had close contact with me, they put me on a 2 week unpaid quarantine. I understand with Covid they have to do what is best.I reached out to my recruiter the day after I was put on quarantine. He had no clue this had happened. He told me he would talk to Account Manager to see if they could help me out. I was concerned because this was 2 weeks before Christmas 2020. The only phone call I got back was reminding when my return date is after my quarantine. With that, read your contract closely, mine stated that there would be a 14 day work furlough within the year of the contract. That also is unpaid. I no longer work with this agency.
