Aston Carter

Please do not work for this company. I had a death in my family at the beginning of January 2024 and they said that upper management had to approve my bereavement and I waited for 3 weeks for that and it is now February 3rd of 2024 and I have yet to be paid for my missing days. I resigned from the company my recruiter name was Sarah Kramer and she is horrible at responding back I have emailed her on multiple occasions and she has not responded to me when I will get my check and I have called and just get a voicemail with no return call. They made this a horrible experience so glad I made the decision to wipe my hands clean with this trash company!

Absolutely worthless company. Never answer their phones, do not follow through on assignments. IF you happen to get an assignment you are left on your own. IF you can contact your recruiter they are absolutely no help at all. Any good review is a bot or was bought. Trash company avoid at all costs. Look at Adecco, Randstad anyone other then Aston Carter. TRASH.

Please listen to the reviews!! So unprofessional and honestly just horrible! The management I worked with here was so bad. Jaclyne Krol and Nicollet corral both have such bad communication and unprofessional practices. As someone who has management experience and a bachelors degree in business administration and management its honestly embarrassing how they handle employees. The assignment I was on told me they had a very high turn over for Aston Carter reps and thats not surprising at all. I will say the recruiter I worked with great but other than that this organization is horrible. Please do not work an assignment or any sort of job for them. I got this job because I was just now able to begin work again after having a baby and it seemed great when the recruiter contacted me, but please do not respond if they contact you its so much more trouble than its worth

I have nothing but good things to say about my recruiter, Chris Amen. He's been attentive and listens to what I have to say. He always follows through with what he says and keeps me informed. This company really does have connections!
