24 Hr Valleywide Electric LLC

I connected with 24hr Valleywide Electric through my warranty company. I was told by an AC technician that we needed to upgrade the breaker in our fuse box box it was only rated for 40 amps and needed to be rated for 60 amps. After talking with Valleywide electric, he was able to help me discover that the electrical upgrade was not needed and the AC technician was trying to upsell me -- the sticker on the AC itself said it needed a minimum of 29 amps and a maximum of 45 at the breaker meaning 60 amps the AC tech recommended would have been too much. I appreciate Valleywide Electric's honesty and integrity. I understand the he could have probably come out, changed the breaker and I would have been none the wiser to the fact that I didn't actually need the service, but instead, he was honest and helpful. I definitely recommend this business to anyone.

David did some upgrades and rewiring for me and everything was perfect. He showed up on time, didn't make a mess the way many electricians do and finished promptly. Plus, he's a really nice guy to talk to. If I need an electrician in the valley, he's the guy.

David gave us a reasonable estimate and did a good job. He showed up when he said he would. I will definitely use him for other electrical work we need done inside the house.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Terrible customer service.  We called for a specific job regarding a ceiling fan. Scheduled Thursday 8/13 for Saturday between the hours of 10-2 pm. No call, text or anything 15 minutes prior to the end of our window and we send a text to David following up on our scheduled time.  He replied with:"Sorry about that, got busy, couple of emergency calls, I will stop by Tomorrow between 10-12."Very unprofessional as well as unreliable. A simplecall would have remedied the situation you created but instead you disregard customers. Our time lost but money will be spent on a more reputable company, rest assured.  Blatant disregard for anyone else and the prior reviews show the same behaviors.

I've had some pretty bad experiences with contractors so I've learned to vet people.I signed up for Home Depot's referral process and got this individual as one of three potential recommendations.This guy was rude and got sarcastic with me because I asked 3 questions in the course of a 1 MINUTE phone call. Impressive that one can alienate a potential customer that quickly.My first question was based on an answer he gave on here about not touching work his company hasn't started, and the the last was how long he's been in business. Unless  his yelp account has been hacked he isn't truthful because what he told me contradicted what he typed on here.He's also rude.I'm very glad I saw the red flags and shut it down.
