Very disappointing experience. Had a tripped breaker. Unplugged everything in that room and tried to reset it. Tripped again. Had Cole come out, he changed the breaker and left. Guess what happened? Tripped again with nothing plugged in. 2nd time, its Cole...... he blames my turtle tank that is plugged in another room outlet. He checks the box to burn time, resets it, and leaves. Guess what happened? You guessed it, it tripped. No changes to my living room for 3 years, and still nothing plugged in. Lady at dispatch says "cant help you unless we see it trip." Its sporatic, so basically cant help me. No research done, no sockets tested, just lazy observation. Stay away if you have something harder that replacing a socket cover.

I had a technician named Cole he fixed a problem where the middle counter in my kitchen before outlets did not work. It had been broken for about three years. He came in and had it fixed in five minutes. Very helpful timely and professional. I would recommend this company and this technician to my friends and family. Thank you Sunbelt electric!!!

Montana has been to our house to service three separate problems. He is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, detail oriented and explains what the issue is and how he is going to repair the problem. Great service.
