I don't understand how Maricopa Community Colleges has this company on their list of accreditors. I had better experience with AZICE in 2019. GCU lists AZICE but Maricopa does not. So I landed with this company. The customer service sucks! For time-pressed people, avoid this company! This is a company run by one person.

Awfull customers service. Price and waiting time for evaluation got higher after I submitted my order. They never left a single email about status order, so I called them asking if there is any way I could keep track on it, and the guy on the phone started acting like I was the dumbest person in the world, and eventually started screaming at me. Then I asked to cancel or refund, he kept saying about a waiting time, getting more and more agressive. Unbelievably rude for no reason. Don't waste your money on this company.

Fraud Alarm!!!!! Unaccredited institution!!!!! I was shocked when my degree was rejected by the education department when they listed the reason for refusing to unaccredited institution I paid over $300 to this office and didnt get the 24h service as it was promised if I paid more and since then I was feeling something fishy about this place.. And then rejected by the education department. This is a fraud!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK or Ill take legal actions against them.

The best experience I ever had with word communication agency. Professionalism, kindness and efficiency. The gentleman that answers the phone is very kind and patient and never say no to any questions you have. I received my evaluation within less than two days. I highly recommend, its worth every penny.
