        First and last time I go there. Cant trust them with my clothes. Damaged my dress and took no responsibility. He was defensive and dismissive. Told me I could leave the dress there if I didnt want to take it but that they were not responsible and didnt want to talk to me about it. Very frustrating. He tried to say I had brought the dress already damaged but clearly they had washed it and damaged it. I always take my dresses to be dry cleaned and had never had this happened. Very disappointing when people dont take responsibility.

        Very impressed with Binkleys! I stopped sending certain things to Rave and instead send the pieces here. Have not been disappointed! OH, their tailoring is top knotch too.

      We inspect every clothes before cleaning, the dress was damaged already ,so we didn't clean.When this customer came in, we explained it. But she insisted it was not .After cleaning, garments smell very fresh.That clothes was not except other clothes because we didn't do anything at all.We are very responsible for all garments we did clean.But this is not the case.
