Twisted Sugar - Phoenix, Legacy Village

I will never return to this location. I just wanted to pick up some cookies and pardon me for having interrupted the young lady working. She did not acknowledge us (my toddler and I), she was completely silent and just stared at us. I was ready to leave because it was just awkward but my little girl was excited for cookies, so I just sucked it up and ordered. The young lady must have been having a bad day that she begrudgingly put our order together. We all have our share of bad days but our problems should stay at the door. Anyway, I will not be returning where I am not welcome.

i went in and ordered the valentines cookie bundle spent $45 there and once I came home opened the box and seen my cookies were smushed and shaken its ridiculous Im honestly irritated I tried calling the store to see if I could get a refund or even get new cookies when the girl on the phone laughed and said they dont do that then proceeded to hang up on me and once I called back the hung up again. NEVER AGAIN!

Not as big of cookies as crumbl, more affordable though and the quality was spot on! Kids loved their shakes also. Used a coupon from the back of my frys receipt. Kids prefer their cookies over crumbl

Ice cream was disappointing, and cookies flavor was highly artificial tasting. The cookie was cold so we waited a bit for them to reach room temp to help with texture. It didnt help with texture. The flavor reminds of those all in one boxes for holiday cookies at Ross or Target. Those design your own holiday cookie boxes that have survived years thanks to chemicals. The price is nice for just a quick treat, but I wouldnt make a return visit.
