Affiliated Dermatology Anthem

Had been a patient for several years and really liked the care they provided, unfortunately within the last couple of years they changed their policy where they no longer will bill as preventative so your insurance does not help you. I really have a hard time trying to understand this and it unfortunate that they seem to care more about the business aspect rather than on their patient needs. Arizona is clearly a location where everyone really should have a yearly exam, I guess mine will just have to be at a different location now.

The service was very good, all the staff were very nice but the continued Covid theatrics with the masks, distancing and “clean” and dirty pens is ridiculous. As medical professionals, to continue to go along with this charade makes me wonder if I should trust them or go back. If they believe these measures are actually working I will not be going back but if they are just doing it to stay in business, I understand.

We had problems with our prescription due to a 3rd party provider. It was causing us a lot of anxiety and time. Amanda from Anthem office stepped in and saved the day. She did it with such a positive attitude and so calm. We were going out of town and really need the prescription. She saved the day. Everyone in the Anthem office is great and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I won't be going back to this place. I tried before about 4 years ago and it I was told there isn't much they can do for me. I went back now again to see someone else there and told I can only see an RN and I went along with what she said and then came back for a follow up with her and I was told I'd be seen by someone else. Now I have to explain my whole issue again to someone else and still haven't had a call back on my test results from a biopsy. It's been since November now and I can see on my chart the results but I have no clue what any of it means. I won't be going back to them and finding a better place where people matter, not the money we are spending to be seen by people who are so unorganized.
