        Great experience trying on bridal gowns. Would recommend to anyone in the Valley to go and try their different styles and amazing customer service!

        BRIDES BEWARE!! Anthropology/ BHLDN lie about their return policy with bridal dresses. I bought myself a dress, but then changed my mind (because I was between 2 bridal dresses) and returned the bridal dress the very next day once it was delivered ( didnt even try it on). This was over a month ago and I still havent received my refund. I have been in contact with customer service via phone, email, and Instagram, and I was blocked on Instagram for reaching out and telling brides to be careful with Anthropology/ BHLDN. Unfortunately, my bank is now involved and my fianc wants to peruse legal action for them taking thousands of dollars from us for a bridal dress.

        Absolutely the best possible experience I could have while wedding dress shopping. My original (and first dress shopping experience) was with Inez. I went into dress shopping a little insecure as I thought nothing would fit or look pretty. Inez made me feel so comfortable and felt like a sister. She was extremely professional and not pushy. I had an appointment with another shop after so she just simply set me up with a follow up appointment in case nothing worked out with the next appointment. Immediately I knew I had found my dress at Anthro and went back the next day and was helped by Liberty. Again such a doll. She was extremely helpful and professional. She made me feel really pretty which is all you can hope for when dress shopping for one of the biggest days of your life. Thank you girls so so much! I couldn't have made this decision without the incredible experience you provided me and the warm energy you provided during my appointments. I would recommend anyone to this location for a perfect dress shopping experience.
