Ive been a member here since 1994 But today Bad experience Bad attitude Bad customer service They deserve zero stars for today Girl at self check was rude Everyone seems distrustful now since you have to present your member I.D at self checkout and make sure it matches your face because they only want members buying there products. Had to recheck everything on the self-check out weigh machine like I was shoplifting and didnt scan everything but I did. So she had to go down every item to see if it matched what was in the box wasting my time and the other members waiting in line. Made me feel guilty and accused. Just overall bad experience today. Also, They need to rethink their strategy on how to identify members without asking them to put your Id to your face to match it, before checking out in self check out. Maybe a face recognition like your phone as you scan your member ID. Usually more than one person lives in a household or family and usually people do things together. Membership business is a big business so completely understand they only want members there buying products but those members have family and friends who simply want to go along just to do things. Usually costco use to be more friendlier but these days no one seems to care, they should go home with the members to make sure that members are the only ones eating and using their products. Whatever happened to these are not customers; they are members, they pay to shop here, customer service is key but they made me feel less than a member and worst than a customer.
