Visited this Office last year. First off, they have a system where you can book you appointment online which I did however, the day before the auto generated appointment, I was contacted and told the Dentist would be out that day. No worries. Life Happens. I rescheduled. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes before. I was put in chair by unfriendly assistant 15 minutes after my appointment. She took X-rays and put me in chair. Dentist came in. NO hello. No apology for being late. Looked at my teeth, said nothing wrong......probably teeth sensitivity. Thats it. Did not bother to look at my other teeth or make any recommendations. I went up front. Was charged $111.00 which I paid on site. While standing at Receptionist desk (Dentist Office is behind) he walked by, I said THANK YOU and ENJOY THE REST OF YOUR WEEK. HE SAID NOTHING..... He just stared at me and walked into his office. Next day was in pain again. Went to a different dentist.Dentist found a small hole in one of my teeth. Paid $82.50 and it was fixed. They also recommended a cleaning and they saw a small cavity in another tooth. At this point, all I can think of is that because I am of color that I was treated the way I was. Very disappointing. The Receptionist was extremely friendly. I did call her a few days later to inform her of my experience and she was very apologetic for the way I was treated. She does not belong at that office. I do not recommend this practice.
