I would give this place less stars if I could. Their service is TERRIBLE to put it nicely. Their communication is trash. I have been scheduling appointments for a month, and on their website they let you book appointments until 5pm. I did and when I show up turns out they stop taking appointments at 4:30 then why dont they update their website? Might I add they NEVER answer their phone, I always get transferred to third party services so goodluck if you have questions on anything or want to confirm your appointment. They also confirmed with me the day before my services and the place itself said no, but then they never answer so how are we supposed to know. I made an appointment for Saturday at 11 am I show up and theres a sign that they are closed and all patients have been notified which I wasnt . When I came in the first time they said they tried calling and my number wasnt working because they had the wrong one which I updated for them. No call no nothing their service is awful I do not recommend this place if you want professional services or great staff or even good communication.

I wanted to like this place. So I came in with no insurance just to get an exam until my insurance was active. For starters I kept getting emails of appointments for me that I never made! I had to call their office and she said oh ok Ill just cancel them. Not even a reason why this is happening - very shady in my opinion. Once my insurance became live I scheduled to come in but of course my insurance is showing up as unavailable so I was told they would reschedule me and fix that before my next visit. Fast forward to that I come back and they put me in the dentist chair like they are going to perform my service just to have me sit there for 20min alone for her to come over and tell me while Im sitting in the dentist chair that it will be almost $500! I just feel like they could have told me that a few days ago before my appointment date so I could decide if I wanted to do that. I clearly let the girl know the day we rescheduled I only wanted to do it if it was covering most of the costs but of course no communication. The worst part is I asked to cancel my other upcoming appointment and guess what today they starting calling me asking if I was coming in. This place is a joke. I will be looking elsewhere.
