No CONCERN for helping others. It feels all about the "HARD SELL!" Before going in for the intial testing, I notified them that I'm a U.S. Army Veteran and I have limited insurance. After I spent over $900. for testing, to find out I need help with my TMJ. I received a dental plan from an office admin for over $30,000. I asked for help for different ideas on how to approach my concerns. The ONLY ideas I received were from the office admin to open credit cards in my wife and/or sons name. I NEVER received anything from the dentist himself! No call! No email! Nothing! Very dissatisfied that I was referred to this dentist and payed so much for exams and testing to find out it's about the "hard sell." Still looking for a dentist that cares!

Im a new patient and just loved my experience today at The Biting Edge! Dr. Wilson and her staff were so kind, friendly, compassionate, and patient with me asking questions. I look forward to going back for my next appointment because it just feels great knowing that Im going to be taken care of.
