This business is a scam, they dont tell you any of the rules or requirements then expect you to know them all. Random charges pop up and they tell you like youre supposed to know when no one makes a point to let any of the parents know how their system works or how they do things. My son was always leaving hungry and one day they sent him with a bottle he was just eating that smelled rancid and old. He always threw up the bottles after too. Maybe a blessing in disguise that this place just screwed me over. They dont know what theyre doing. Probably best my child isnt left in their care.

Not a good environment for parents that care about their kids. You will also get, extremely terrible customer service. They are outdated in child care communication dialogue, and discriminatory.

We gave this daycare a try but not even a month in and they were already calling us on a daily to pick up our duaghter becuase according to them she was hysterical and they could not calm her down. They ended up telling us that she was not a good fit for them and that she would have to find another daycare. Child Crisis Az was recommended to us by my sister in law we have not had any issues with her from that day care she will last all day and they even told us she is advanced for her age makes me wonder what they were doing wrong at her previous day care Kreative Campus.

My daughter first time in child care was here & still is she started when she was 1 and I was scared of the experience and all they made me feel so comfortable when I called and then she fell inlove knows so much stuff for a now 3 year old the twos teachers are beyond amazing I appreciate everything the did for my baby and me I appreciate this center so much and I dont see my self moving her unless something drastic happen I dont live near them anymore but I love it to much to move her the best best for my baby ! Management communication is great with me & whoever picks up they follow all rules and I adore how strict they are for the safety of everyone in the building and kids.
