I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Garvey and his exceptional team at Ryan Garvey Attorneys, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome. From the moment I walked through their doors, Mr. Garvey demonstrated an unparalleled level of attentiveness and empathy towards my legal concerns. Unlike many others, he didn't just listen to respond; he listened to truly understand, making me feel valued and not just another case number. Facing serious charges, I was understandably anxious about the potential consequences. However, Mr. Garvey's prompt and efficient handling of my case put my mind at ease. He swiftly filed the necessary motions, and before I knew it, the ordeal was behind me with minimal repercussions a short probation period and a small fine. If you find yourself in any legal trouble, I wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to the law office of Ryan Garvey Attorneys. With Mr. Garvey's expertise and dedication, you can trust that your case will be handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Thank you, Mr. Garvey, for your outstanding service and for putting my worries to rest.

*UPDATE* With the help of the State Bar of Arizona, Ryan gave me my money back. After 3 times of saying its in the mail and on the way, and 3 times the State Bar of Arizona had to ask where its at on my behalf, it showed up almost 4 weeks later. Ryan over payed me by $500 and included a note to say he's sorry for the inconvenience. I was asked to remove this review, that I agreed to do...just hoping something would happen.(I regret agreeing tbh) But this is what I'm gonna do, and think is fair. I'll remove this review in the same amount of time that it took to get my money back. REMIND me in June, and I'll be sure to follow thru.*UPDATE* Lots of good reviews out there. I can't say the same. Everything said here is documented, and Ryan can tell you the same story... except our phone call. Take it or leave it. This is just my single experience, and may or may not be yours in the future. I'm out of state, in OH. I contacted Ryan because I was told charges would be filed against me there in AZ. Discussing our retainer agreement with Ryan over the phone, with me and my wife, it was all made clear. After our initial consultation over the phone I was then sent paperwork for the agreement to the retainer. This is where I, myself had made a mistake. Stress and not enough sleep over this whole thing, I signed the agreement assuming it was the same agreement we made over the phone. On the phone, the retainer was to be returned if no charges were filed because no time or work would be done. Which they weren't and didn't. The retainer agreement I signed was non-refundable. When I notified Ryan that I was not being charged, and wanted to discuss the discrepancies between what we talked about on the phone and what I signed, he's ghosted me. That is his right. Because that's what I signed for. I'm assuming that me saying no files were going to be charged, makes a complete transaction. Move on to the next. I wouldn't know because he has not returned any emails or messages since I brought this up. It's been several months now, and I've sent maybe, two request for a reply a week? I haven't been aggressive or harassing in any way. I understand that I made a $7,500 mistake by not reading the agreement. Ryan may be a great attorney, I have no idea. Thankfully I didn't need his services. If I did need his services this would have never came up or noticed I guess? But I don't need his services, so I feel taken advantage of. Bait and switch may not have been intentional, but there's no effort to correct it... or own it for that matter. I can't help but feel that way because I can't get a reply. IDK. I signed the agreement so ultimately it's my fault. This was my first experience having anything to do with the courts, law and lawyers, and I lost. Ryan made $7,500 for one phone call and a few text messages. If you're shopping lawyers, I can't tell you about his legal advice or service. I can say that I would prefer somebody else for consultation if I could do it over again, knowing what I know now. "Pursuing each and every case with great compassion for our clients". I had no case. Thus no compassion. Not even communication as to try and provide some kind of customer support. I've even asked if he was planning on letting me know where we were at so I can make personal financial plans and arrangements. 7k is a big financial hit for me. But I haven't gotten a reply. He's washed his hands of our interaction and moved on. Perhaps this is something you may look for in a lawyer. Ruthlessness and Unapologetic. Step over all the losers. We win. I win. Just make sure you aim him in the right direction. Anyhow, so here I am, typing about something that probably wont get seen, and lets be fair... no one gives a damn about either..... Best of luck to you, and I hope your experience is different than mine if you choose to hire Ryan. Make sure the work Ryan does is proportional to the cash you give him, and get everything in writing(and read it). Other than that, Ryan was a nice guy and pleasant to talk to. Just don't stand on any rugs if he's around.
