Please find a lawyer that truly cares about your case, and of your loved ones case. He had no clue, didn't even care to properly look at my paper work or have it Infront of him so we could discuss it. My lawyer was very upset because my wife was calling in regards to my case and the secretary that answered the phone was very rude to her. The lawyer told me to not have my wife call his office anymore because supposedly my wife was rude but it was the other way around they were rude to her and kept cutting her off when she was asking questions in regards to my case and information. As per that's what they are supposed to do. Do not fall for their charm they just care about the $$ and not the people as they say they do!!

The secretary that answer the phone is so RUDE AND DISGUSTING! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY/LOVED ONES! I've called multiple times inreguards to my husband's case, they have yet to speak to him, when I called to ask why they have yet to speak to him the secretary told me that was untrue that they have spoken to him. Wich in fact is a lie I speak to him everyday and he has in fact not spoken to him! I called Friday 3/22/2024 and the secretary called back with a nasty aditude stating that they have infact spoken to him multiple times this week when he has not! It is now Saturday 3/23/2024 and I spoke to my husband this morning and he in fact said that he has yet to speak to Mr. Faussette. When he call Mr.Faussette office that rude secretary answeres and tells him to call back when they know for a fact that he is givien sertain times of the day he is allwoed to call. Please find an actual lawyer that cares for you and your family!!

So disappointed in the so called "representation" that my husband received - or should I say did NOT receive. Jacob was assigned by the public defenders office, did not reach out to my husband until 2 months after arrest - when his office was contacted multiple times. When Jacob finally did reach out, he was driving and said he would look into the case in a couple weeks. My husband had to practically beg for a bond modification to be done, after almost 3 months it was finally filed. In turn, Jacob was fired when we hired ACTUAL representation that would fight for my husband. These are people's lives at stake and defending someone should NOT be taken lightly... and it clearly was taken that way by Jacob Faussette.
