I had a horrible experience. Spent 10k for the same outcome. If you have a pending DV case don't waste your money take the plea with the Public Defender. It does not matter if you were attack by a known guest in your home, it does not matter if that same individual lies about you having guns in your home causing the PD to show up with AR15 pointed at your home scaring your family. It does not matter if you (an unarmed person who has every right to remain in your home, since the PD doesn't have a warrant) are shot at by police. It does not matter if your home is illegally search and the police don't include the search and lack of locating any weapons in their report. Nor, does it matter that the violent individual who is known for using Fentanyl (which makes them violent) has a life long history of drug use and abusive behavior. This law firm and any other will not Fight For You. Instead they didn't do their job and obtain any information that can be used to prove I am the victim and have always been. They simply worked against me wearing me down and convincing me to plead as this was the second attorney I had since I hired after firing the Public Defender. Joe told me that I would get 12 months probation only to be played in court. After the prosecutor had the judge hear my 911 call she decided I was an angry person that needed canceling. HELL YEA!! I was angry my house was swatted and I was shot at when trying to walk back in my home. PD needs a warrant to arrest someone from there home, especially when there is no victim in the home. But Joe, just got nervous and couldn't tell the Judge that I was just shot at. Furthermore, If the Judge really heard the call she would have heard me say I was just shot at and the COP where using excessive force requesting to speak to either a SGT or LT. I can think of nothing to say but that it feels like I got played by the people I hired. If your an alcoholic or Drug addict they will defend and support you, if your a fairly decent person who doesn't participate in those thing but are attacked by someone who does just take the Public Defender and take the Plea. These people in this industry just like doctors "They do not honor their Oath."

My experience with Grand Canyon Law Group was 10/10, they showed up to all my court cases making easier on my end. On top of that they saved me 10 days of jail time and got me off with unsjpervised probation without getting my license suspended.
