        In recent months, this store has been pretty chaotic. Yesterday, I was lucky enough to have Ray, the new store manager, help me. He was kind, courteous, and super helpful. Then I worked with Cheryl, who checked me out - she was also a gem. I think this store is going to be OK. Having 35 years of retail management myself, I know it's not easy to turn things around overnight, but Ray's well on his way.

        Its clean and organized but there is never more than one person at the cutting counter and usually there are like 5 people waiting and one person brings up 10 things to have cut then you make your way to pay and theres a huge line again. I cant shop here because it takes a hour just to get things cut and pay.

        Very poor fabric, strip sets are very poorly cut and often less than 2.5 standard. Some "batiks" have a clear "right" side. Some other stuff is still decent. Craft, decorative, etc.

        Dirty, low stock of everything, disorganized with product on the floor and 15 people in line with one cashier. Very disappointing.
