I've tried my best to be professional, but this place is a dumpster fire. Dispatch is LAZY. Very inept at multitasking and delegating jobs to the staff in the morning. Dispatch has a "ME FIRST" attitude, meaning if you're not blowing them up every 10 minutes, they won't even bother to reach out to you for work. Most likely they are picking and choosing who they WANT to give work to each day. Multiple occasions where I have been given a large delivery with multiple heavy boxes, and the pickup and delivery pays less than $20. Too many far distance jobs that pay you less than $10. Picked up an item in Gilbert and delivered to Glendale, paid $8.50. complete joke of a business. Also, the main manager is most likely picking favorites. One day, I was asked to speak with him in his office, when I walked in, he was making out with another driver. Very unprofessional place to work. My advice would be to seek employment with a better organization. Not a complete rant on the entire staff, Corey was very helpful and kind, shout out to him only.

Probably the worst ownership in the shipping industry, if they screw up it's your fault, if they misplace a package "oh Sorry" then it shows up next week. Use UPS or USPS save the headache.

As a contracted worker with Coyote Courier my experience was great. Staff of super friendly, very helpful, and supportive. I'd definitely work with them again.

Working here is wonderful. Other reviewers have said its not worth the wear and tear on your vehicle and most of the routes are across town. Its a courier place! That is to be expected, and the dispatchers are always looking for work for you and are in your best interest. I appreciate the opportunity Ive had here to get working right away and am quite happy with their service. People are generally very happy to see me, Im glad to be that link between virtual transactions and physical documents.
