        I live out of state and was given very specific instructions over the phone by the recorders office for how to send in death certificates for a beneficiary deed. After precisely following these very specific instructions the recording package was returned to me two weeks later without being recorded. I'd recommend recording documents with a different recorder, but of course that it not possible so the Maricopa County Recorder Officer can offer terrible service with impunity and without recourse. Highly DON'T recommend. Given the number of 1 star review this office gets, things are unlikely to change any time soon.
