Shana was judgemental, and downright rude with some of her comments. My sessions with her always left me feeling worse than when I walked in. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I would like to start out by saying if you're concerned about if the therapy is worth the cost, I can assure you this is the right place to go. Last year I lost my parents, my job, I was long-term single, and trying to cope with a substance addicted sibling. Claudette helped me process my trauma from these events and other past events. I wouldn't say my trauma is relieved just yet as we are still undergoing a treatment program, however I can now talk about my parents without crying, I am in a healthy relationship and I landed a incredible new career when I couldn't even get out of bed 5 months ago. Claudette also helps me with day -to-day life guidance on things I didn't realize were impacted by my trauma; I thought they were just harmful traits I was inherently stuck with. The EMDR therapy was very effective and I joke with Claudette saying it's "witchcraft" she does because I'm still stunned at how she helped me through pain I never thought could get easier. Thank you for everything!

I have been working with Claudette for the past three years. She has a calm, grounding energy that sets the tone for non judgmental, open conversation. The tools she has recommended have helped me tremendously!

I was really struggling to understand why my relationships were not working out and Claudette genuinely helped me to understand where my attachment issues were. The best therapist Ive been to! Very welcoming and personable. Felt a connection and level of comfortability that I didnt feel anywhere else.

Claudette is an open-minded, understanding and empathetic therapist who made me feel that I could talk about anything. She really helped me to see things as they actually are, and not as I thought they were. She took the time to really listen to me and gave me tools that I have used to improved my day to day life. I will be forever grateful for her help.
