Great employees, terrible corporate policy. CVS is failing and closing many stores soon, and its long overdue. Although I like getting my prescriptions here, theres been some issues. Number one. I take a medication in which numerous generics are available. One of these generics makes me physically ill, the dose seems to be inconsistent, and I just feel poisoned every time I take it. However, not only will CVS not tell me ahead of time if this one brand by Eli is in stock, if I am handed the bottle once its filled and look at it without even opening it, I am not allowed to return the medication. Which means I have to go one entire month on medicated under the law. so the first thing these pharmacies need to do is to not only mark down on the customers chart that they cannot take a certain generic but advise them that that particular generic is whats available that month. Its infuriating, all these pharmacies just say that they take whatever generic medication is cheapest at the time they order, and they just take whatever it is without regard to patient issues with the medication. And under the law that leaves you with no medication if you cant take that generic, and you have to pay for it by the way too. So youre healthcare provider wont pay for another one that you can take, the law will not allow another one to be dispensed for a month, and youre just screwed. So aside from that issue, CVS is understaffed and theyre using their cashiers as stock people. So theyre squeezing these employees who have to run from wherever they are stocking or doing other tasks to get to the counter to meet a customer, especially at night. And a lot of these people are elderly and of course theyre probably not allowed to sit down at all during the shift, and if they do theyre caught in security camera and fired. So I just think that CVS deserves to die. Good riddance to them, I have heard that they are losing hundreds of stores every year or two from now on and they deserve to go out of business because of corporate policy, the way they treat their employees, the fact that there never stocked up on common items anymore, and theyre very bloated on their prices. A pair of tweezers I can get for two or three dollars at Walmart cost $12-$15 at CVS. Im really sick of it.

Christian Cava is the pharmacist in charge here and should have his license revoked for creating and enforcing a policy of not accepting discount cards such as GoodRX. That is pure evil. Additionally, their "system" is down more than it is up. This CVS should be avoided at all cost and the pharmacist should be evaluated for fitness to serve in that role.

This store sold me $600 of defective and defaced gift Vanilla cards to be used by charity with the last four numbers of every card scratched off. Then the employees Jenna, Rhys, and Jude were all unable to locate any contact information for manager Amy. They have no email or phone number for the manager and were unwilling to look for any, as well as unwilling to present any policy regarding the gift cards. I honestly cant believe that they have no contact and assume that they did not care to be reported for poor behavior. This store stole $600 from my nonprofit.

Literally the rudest pharmacy personnel Ive ever experienced. I stopped going here for That reason and had to return today out of necessity. I asked if they were closed and he said you see me standing here dont you?. I said, Ive walked up to both sides of this counter and three workers have not acknowledged my existence, so I thought you might be closed. He said, we are busy. They are miserable people and want you to be too.
