I answered an ad that was subletting off Estee Lauders name with big promises for simple demographics. After 6 weeks of not receiving makeup case loaded,I called them. They had no such promotion but sent me two samples that were very nice and worked great. Thank you again. PS - I miss Cinnabar

Very disappointed that Estee Lauder discontinued one of my favorite products. Duo refills for their Duo LIner have been discontinued. As I kept 3 (makeup bag, purse and work) this worked great for my 3 liners. I purchased the new Double Wear Waterproof eyeliner and it is extremely difficult to use - the previous liner went on very smoothly whereas this one is not user friendly for application. It was also very expensive and worked like a cheap eyeliner you could pick up at any discount store. As I am now retired, based on the quality and cost I will not be returning to the Estee Lauder counter again. (I also talked with one of your Beauty Advisors to see if there were any discontinued refills available and no luck!) Could not post without at least one star - I rate this NO star!
