        The Dunlap store hours are incorrect. They have a sign on the door saying theyre closed for 30 min for lunch, yet I waited for longer than 30 minutes and store never opened.

        I always go to this store. I got off wrk at 620 and drove all the way from 83rd and thomas to this store just to get 1 dye for a party sat. And I walked up to door exactly at 7pm and she declined to even help ne. She locked the door and closed the cage behind the glass. That alone is horrible. Cause any other job we would have to help a customer even if they walked in 1 min till we closed. Because it's not good customer service to turn ppl away. It was just 1 hair dye that I needed. So now I won't be able to color my hair for Sat. So thank you to the 2 ladies who rushed to the door and lock it. Great service !!

        They sold me a USED hair clipper, and when I confronted them about it they said they couldn't do anything about it. They knew it was used, it looked worn out and did NOT cut at all. Horrible service and horrible people. $150 down the drain. I had to contact the company manufacturer of the clipper it's self to get it fixed and it still doesn't work. Horrible people
