Poor customer service. They dont care about you as a customer or as people. All they see is the over charge amount for services they provide! I would rather go without power and use candles then support this greedy horrible company!! And I think the reviews and their rating speak for its self

Noticed that an APS box was leaking and bulging. Chatted with APS about the problem that night. It was replaced by early next morning. Speedy when it really counts.

Absolutely terrible utility company. 25% rate increase coming in December. Increase in pprofit margin by 10%. The executives make over $20 million in compensation. They just got downgraded by fitch ratings. They claim to be supportive of green energy, but they reduce the residential solar buy back by 10% every year. Plus with the transition away from coal by 2031 and to 100% renewable energy by 2050; APS customers are going to be seeing minimum rate increases of 10 or more percent every year for the next 7 years. Who knows what the rates will be after that. Not to mention they are a monopolyRidiculous! Im done. Im going solar.
