PHOENIX, AZ 85009 and they filled a propane tank without inspecting it. When he noticed it was leaking he notified the employee to properly dispose of it and they told him that he had to take the tank with him in his car and figure out how to get rid of it. The employee even went as far as showing him how to open the valve (could have burned him) in order to "release it into the environment" since they don't dispose of tanks. He literally drove around for over 30 minutes inhaling fumes and putting his life at risk by simply turning on his car with a leaking tank in order to dispose of it properly since the careless employees at this location didn't care. This location is not following safe dispensing, they won't inspect the tank you bring, a faulty tank can be extremely dangerous. No regard for safety!!
