Thank you, Icon equipment for the great service. I have a bobcat S70 that I was having some issues with. Luke got me into the shop next day and had it turned around and fixed in 24 hours. Price was great. Communication was great and this business will go far over the next coming years with this kind of great service.

Very Pleased with ICON Equipment they repaired a Bobcat Skid Steer for us that the dealer claimed needed a new Engine. This was not the case and they were able to repair it for 1/10 of the quoted cost from the dealer. Highly recommend the crew at ICON very experienced and honest and timely with the repair. These guys take pride in doing it right and got me back in business super quick!

Amazing service/repair on a D185 air compressor that had been giving us problems with overheating and shutdowns since new. We dropped it off late afternoon and got it back around lunch the following day. Very knowledgeable staff, quick service and honest. Highly recommend Luke, Curtis and the staff at ICON for all your equipment service and repairs. Thanks guys, the diesel D185 has never ran this good!

These guys were incredible. After I had battled a complex Kubota engine generator system problem for weeks I finally found ICON. They sent a tech out within 24 hours to my work site. The Tech ended up sick later that evening and was unable to return to complete the troubleshooting. I assumed Oh Boy here we go again on my frustrating path to finding a solution. The next morning I received a call from the Technicians supervisor that he would be onsite to continue chasing down the problem. I went to the site to unlock gates and found the supervisor and the owner of the company at my site to chase the problem. After hours of trouble shooting and working with the company that made the generator package we finally determined it was a faulty control panel. The Generator Packager shipped out a new panel and the day it arrived the ICON team was back on site to install and test the unit. I had no business connection to ICON when this started. The company that built the larger system could not help. The company that packed the generator could not help. In desperation I called ICON as a local Kubota engine servicer and they simply came out and got to work. This entire story is so rare in today's business world I had to write up this long review. I am still amazed that a company would put forth this level of effort to resolve my really difficult to solve generator problem. Thanks Again for such incredible service. Randy Hansen Lehi Land, LLC
