Cindy is very unpleasant to deal with. My concrete pour was rescheduled three times, concrete finish wasn't done for two weeks after that. John threatened to discredit the warranty on his work after their was a payment dispute due to his crew not finishing work as specified on the plan.

So this crew was sent out to pour concrete. The crew was doing a great job, but the owner John is something to be desired. He spoke to me like I am poor when I told him the framing wasn't done correctly. Telling me this is gonna cost more and that's gonna cost more. Then had the audacity to mock me to my face. As an owner of a company you should be more compassionate to your customers. His attitude is the reason the rating is so low. If I could give zero I would. Not to mention the fact that the things he wants to charge me more for are things his team messed up. And I might add they damaged my sprinkler system and wanted me to pay to fix it. Dont use this place at all.

I requested a quote for a simple travertine and paver install.  Received a reply that the owner wanted to pass on the job because "they don't install over existing concrete".  This was not the request and both Cindy and John didn't take the time to actually review the request or ask clarifying questions. Don't waste your time trying to get a quote from this company.  Unprofessional and unwilling to take on jobs unless it fits exactly what they want, not what the customer wants.
