I had to wait a couple of weeks for an appointment, but I am happy I agreed to the meeting. Bryan was personable, knowledgeable and friendly. Bryan explained the problem and the process to correct it. His expertise was apparent immediately. I would recommend this business.

Dalinghaus Construction did a phenomenal job with a foundation survey for us they were very polite and helpful setting up the appointment, they provided a YouTube video explaining the process and cost related prior to the appointment. During the appointment Thomas was very diligent and thorough and provided us with a positive and professional experience. He was very clear sharing his findings, a real straightshooter! and provided a detailed report.  He explained there is no further action required and there's no acute foundation issue. This is the kind of contractor one wants to do business with. Kudos

After consulting with the three foundation repair companies available in the Tucson area, I decided on Dalinghaus. It has now taken over two months to finally get the repair completed. I would give the company five stars, but there were a few issues that prevented me for doing so. I must give kudos to the two excellent workers who did most of the work. Steve and Thomas did the best job possible under some taxing issues. I could see that they were trying to provide the best customer service in this situation. After getting thing back on track, the project was finished. Bryan was great from the initial consultation to working with David, who came out to make sure the project got completed correctly and to my satisfaction. Dalinghaus came in at a fair price and completed the job to my satisfaction. Call them FIRST for any foundation issues!
