      I'm not sure who you are or what information you are relying on but I don't have a contract with you and to say that I walked off with 40k is definitely slanderous. Contractors have absolutely nothing to do with home sales. Please reach out to me directly and let's see if we can solve whatever issue you have. Furthermore, anyone who walks off with 40k would definitely be prosecuted. Seems like you have been misinformed
