Remoov

Remoov came to our rescue! My uncle passed away and we needed to empty his apartment quickly. We flew in from Canada and had a short time to get this done. Remoov made it happen! Easy and efficient. Communication was quick and the movers were fantastic! Three great guys... Harlan, Jose and Daniel. You're lucky to have these guys on your team!! Thank you to the entire team! Horrible experience, we were suppose to have a zoom meeting they never showed up. The guy on the phone was hard to understand. Then they were going to try to charge us to take our brand new furniture. Will never recommend them for anything.

I will not use them again. When I requested to remove a regular size fridge and a mini fridge, they (remoov) initially sent me a quote as $239. When they picked up the fridges and loaded to their truck, they change the quote to $331, almost a $100 than their initial quote. The explanation they gave me was conflicting because they said they resale furniture not fridges, and also said they had to change the quote because the fridge was not resalable. They already knew they were picking up non-resalable items, so how come the quotes changed?

This is an 18-month look-back at my experience with Remoov. In January 2022, we sold our Phoenix house and moved to Michigan (yes, really). Remoov promptly collected our truckload of stuff and posted it for resale per our agreement; I was pleased with the prices they assigned. About half sold promptly and my account was credited accordingly. The rest went slower (rugs, pictures, misc. furniture pieces, etc.). Remoov sent me monthly email reminders to check my account for updates and status, which were very thorough and detailed. After several months there were still some items unsold. They offered me the option on each item to steeply reduce the price (usually by half) or to donate to a local recycling charity. This cleared things out quickly and I asked to receive the accumulated balance in my account; I received the check in less than a week, together with receipts for the donated items. Remoov was professional and proactive throughout the process. I am very satisfied with their service and am happy to recommend them.
