My son found this hidden gem! It’s so nice and quiet here. Met some of the neighbors they are super friendly the rooms are spacious as well. Great location very quiet complex

Gorgeous place to live. Pool and amenities are excellent. Accessible. Walking neighborhood with sidewalks and plenty to do.

Officer Azoya doesn't do his job here. Car theft, people releasing from tires and gates not locking is not a secure gated community. Not worth renting

Edit, 1/20/20: The awful HOA we had is gone and replaced. The community seems altogether a lot happier.

Here’s the thing - these condos are great. Cute, fairly quaint and quiet. Good space for an individual or a few people at most. Scenery is nice, pool is good, very well-shaded and probably the most energy-efficient unit I’ve ever had.
HOWEVER, I have never in my life had an HOA so uptight and peculiar. I moved into these condos seeing very quirky and creative patios and have slowly watched that creative flair disappear over time. I see now that the HOA, who has very strict (and unneeded) rules is likely to blame for this. This condo is in the heart of Melrose - a creative and colorful district - so it’s almost appalling to see them try to “bland” out this community as if this was suburban North Phoenix.
I’ll be staying in this community because it’s not bad aside from the HOA, but when I’m financially ready to leave I’m convinced to go already SOLELY because of the HOA.
