Great pay! Great benefits! I never worked here, but I know a couple people who do. In the construction business, its hard to find people that take care of their employees. If you are in the field of construction, come to work for these guys! Especially if you love fat paychecks and overtime! Also great if you wanna see the good ole U.S. of A!

The reason why I am giving 1 star is because Donald G., an employee for this company here hit my car with their company truck during work hours and CJ(manager) told the employee for us not to file a police report because he was going to take care of it first thing in the morning. He gave me a phone number to call CJ first thing in the morning and he said he will pay for my car damage. I gave CJ a call in the morning but it was very difficult to get a hold of him because I left a couple messages with the front desk but he never returned the call. I was not able to get a hold of him until the next day. The only thing he said was that he was not going to take care of the costs and that we needed to file a claim with their insurance. He also said that he never said we shouldn't file a police report because obviously it would not look good for the company to have a police report under the company's name. It would also be hard for me to file a claim without that police report. CJ knew how much it would benefit them if I didn't file that police report. So I have been calling and trying to get a hold of the claims department to help me file that claim but no one ever answers or returns the call. I can't get a hold of CJ anymore either. Its been about a week and I am tired of having to call multiple times per day. I have left many voicemails and messages for someone to reach out to me and help me take care of this claim I want to file, but no one ever gives me a call back or takes the time to help me out. If I am having issues trying to get a hold of the claim department, I can imagine how their clients might struggle as well. I would not recomend this company
