I cannot say enough good things about AIM IT. I'm a dentist and I don't have time (or honestly the know how) to be trouble shooting. They monitor our network and promptly email me if we lose connection even before I even get in to the office in the morning. When we couldn't get online yesterday, they sent someone to our site quickly and were able to get our problems resolved. Every tech I have worked with over the last year and half has always friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend AIM IT to anyone.
