I am so pleased with how Andy with Compushooter helped me. I am new to the area and had no idea where to go, nor if I found a place to go, I didn't know how far it would take to get there. My computer had been hacked and I was going through brain drain. Andy was able to help me remotely. I was able to watch him do everything. He was patient, kind, and professional.This truly eased my stress. He offered to have someone to call me in 6 months to check and see if I need to have the computer cleaned. I am so thrilled with having someone I can trust to help me with my technology.

Called for a remote access virus clean-up (preventative). These guys were great. Went above & beyond the call of duty by helping me get my home wifi network fixed (didn't realize it was not set up correctly). Highly recommend them for all your computer needs. Will 100% use them again. Thanks!!!

The provider was very helpful in answering questions. I did not ask, but upon reflection I think it would helpful if a written report of what was done and the results would be helpful. Example would be virus checkers used.
