Don is one of a kind. I have worked with Don before, and this time again I am impressed with his knowledge and thoroughness. Some would have given up, but Don kept working on my horrible mess and fixed it beautifully! No data loss! For my priceless images, the price was more than reasonable. Thank you Don!

Don is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I called him about 6 months ago due to an issue with my laptop. He was able to quickly tell me what was wrong with it and broke the news that it was not a repairable issue. Although he knew he would not be getting any business from me at the time, he spent about 10 minutes talking to me and finding options for replacement laptops. Great customer service to someone who was not even a customer.

I found Geek Elite via a google search, and I am glad I did! Don called me and was able to remote into my laptop and fix my issues very quickly. Saved me a trip of dropping my laptop off, and was super easy. I highly recommend Don and Geek Elite for any computer issues you may have!
