Specialized Office Systems

Very unprofessional staff! I contacted Specialized Office Systems and was put in touch with Debbie. My business needed help with a project which we needed to complete within two weeks. The initial timeline Debbie promised got pushed back several times with no explanation of why. I repeatedly called to get help and eventually was contacted by Nathan Goldberg. Nathan was very rude and condescending, and even hung up on me! I'll never contact this company again. Thanks for wasting my time!

If I could give zero stars I would. They consistently spam my email inbox with unwarranted, unsolicited emails constantly after I have politely unsubscribed numerous times. Will never demo this product at my and I am putting word out in my area about your rude tactics.

An incredible resource to have here in Arizona keeping some of the revenue spent on the most overlooked of product here in the state. Service is good but I feel a little more attention should be given towards assisting the customer in understanding product options.
